Shopping should be fun. If not fun then at least relatively painless. We are here to offer as much or as little assistance as you need. We have over 46 years of experience helping women find clothing that flatters their figure and suits their personality. We can put together a whole wardrobe or find that one item to pull together an outfit.
Need another size? We will bring it to you.
Want a top to go with those pants? We will find one.
Can’t find anything to match that skirt you bought last year? Bring it in with you and we’ll build an outfit around it.
We offer a variety of services to make your shopping easier:
HOLD
If you need a few days to decide, we offer a three (3) day hold with no deposit required.
LAYAWAY
Need a little longer to pay? We offer a thirty (30) day layaway for non-sale merchandise. We require a twenty-percent (20%) deposit that can be refunded in the first ten (10) days if you cancel your layaway. After ten (10) days, your deposit can be recovered as a store credit only.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Need another size or color? We will try to find it for you. Since many of our manufacturers are small and cut to order we cannot always special order but we will if we can. We do not charge a special order fee.
GIFT WRAP
We offer complimentary gift wrapping.
Policies
RETURNS
We offer the most flexible return policy we can; as a small business we can’t match the big Department stores, but we do our best. Returns must be made within ten (10)days of purchase and be accompanied by a receipt to receive a refund. Merchandise must be in its original condition with tags attached. Shoes must be in the original box. Returns made after ten (10) days will be issued a store credit. End-of-season clearance is a final sale. There are no returns after thirty (30) days. We offer an extended return period for the Holidays – please inquire if you have any questions prior to your purchase.
If you do not live near our Wickford location we do accept returns by mail. Please call (401) 294-6266 or email info@greeninkboutique.com to let us know you will be making a return. All above policies apply and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
